The Principal’s Feast was celebrated on 3rd January 2018 with great enthusiasm. It was due to the combined efforts of... teachers and students of class IV and IX that this program resulted into a successful one. Students performed rocking dance and sang melodious songs. The program started with a prayer by our Sr. Sonia. Then Rev. Fr. Paul Thannickal (Principal), Rev. Fr. Praveen D’costa (Vice-Principal), Rev. Sr. Daisy Maria (Headmistress) and all the teachers attended the cake cutting ceremony. The program ended with the inspiring words of Principal and vote of thanks by the Vice-Principal. |

| Christmas Celebration - 2017 |
Christmas is regarded as the most important day of the year for Christians, along with Easter when the death and... resurrection of Jesus are celebrated. In our college Chirstmas was celebrated on 23rd December. It was a day full of joy and happiness as the entire college celebrated Christmas, the birth of Jesus. A special gallery portraying the life of Jesus was made inside the front campus that shows the merciful and kind hearted Jesus showering love on living beings. The programme was organized by the staff and students, a nativity brightened up the place. Rev. Fr. Paul Thannickal gave an inspiring Christmas messages. The complete college was present for the function. |

| 171st Annual Athletic Meet & P.T. Display |
The 171st Annual Athletic Meet of St. Peter’s college was held on 11th November 2017 amidst great fun, excitement and... revelry. The chief guest for the function was the famous bollywood actor Jackie Shroff. The function was presided over by the Archbishop of Agra and President of the college, the most Rev. Dr. Albert D’souza who is celebrating the Silver Jubilee anniversary of his ordination as a Bishop this year. Rev. Fr. Bhaskar, Manager of the college who is celebrating his sacerdotal Silver Jubilee anniversary this year. This sports day marked the beginning of a new era in St. Peter’s College with a digital score board replacing the manual one in the sports field and the whole programme being viewed line by millions of viewers across the globe on YouTube, Face book, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The show commenced with the grand welcoming of the Chief Guest, the guest of honour and the others dignitaries present on the occasion. The lighting of the lamp was followed by a devotional prayer dance to invoke the blessing of the almighty. The programme concluded with the Grand Finale dance which was a display of vibrant colors and perfect coordination. The vote of thanks was proposed by the Vice-Principal, Rev. Fr. Praveen D’costa. |

‘Agra Healthy Tiffin Competition’ finale was held on 28th October, 2017. This competition is an awareness programme to avoid junk... food and to promote healthy food habits as increasing obesity in school going children is a matter of concern these days. Around 100 students from Classes I to III participated in the programme with their Mothers. This is a combined venture of St. Peter’s College and the Gourmet Club of Agra. The Chief Guest of the day was Mr. Hari Sukumar and Rev. Fr. Paul Thannickal. The Judge of the competition were Chef Kuldeep Singh and Chef Pramod. The programme was coordinated by Mrs. Akanksha Chaddha, Ms. Pavneet Hora and Ms. Almas Dhanani. |

| The Constitution Day - 2017 |
The Constitution Day was celebrated in St.Peter’s College Agra on 27th November 2017 during the morning assembly. It was held... to commemorate the completion of our constitution on 26th November 1949 as suggested by our P.M. Sir Mr. Narendra Modi. A week long programme was conducted from 17th of November 2017 which culminated with the celebration on Monday the 27th November 2017. The Chief Guest of the day was Rev. Fr. Varghese who gave us a very inspiring message of having trust in our constitution. He said the constitution should be regarded as a holy and sacred book. We should be honoring it and giving it the same status as of a holy scripture. He also emphasized on being truthful. Rev. Fr. Paul Thannickal (Principal) also expressed his views laying stress on the constitution to be an integral part of our life. The Programme was filled with singing, dancing and receiving the message of the constitution and the ideals of the preamble. |

The Finals of the Archbishop Dominic Athaide Memorial Football Tournament 2017 (Golden Jubilee Year) was held on 26th October ,... 2017 on the lush green fields of St.Peter’s College. Between St.Peter’s College ‘A’ Team and Army Public School . There were around 16 teams in the competition and both the teams qualified to the finals after beating tier opponents in round of 16, quarter-finals and semi-finals. The Chief Guest of the Indian women cricket team star. She inspired the students with her words of wisdom about respecting our parents and to stay focused towards our goal. The game ended on a thrilling note with Army Public School winning the tournament with a Score of 4-0. The program was conducted by Mr.Harry Clarence. |

On 17-Oct-2017, we had the inauguration of the "Friends of St. Peter's" that is an Alumni Association exclusively for the... eminent alumni of St. Peter's College (SPC), Agra (established in 1846). St. Peter's has a history of 171 years and shall be celebrating its "Quartoseptcentennial" jubilee for 175 years of existence in the year 2021. Along with the inauguration of FOSP, Diwali Celebrations were also staged wherein several students performed plays, dances, etc. infront of the students, teachers and staff, principal and the eminent guests as they "Wish a very happy Diwali" to everyone. B-world an inter school commerce fest organized by the commerce club of the St. Peter’s did grab them golden chance to thank the people behind the successful completion of their fest held on 11 October 2017. |
